CrossFit Southport and Coastal Fitness Ocean Isle Beach are going head-to-head in a challenging and friendly team competition for the coveted trophy and, of course, the bragging rights.
This is our elite CrossFit team competition, and spots are LIMITED. If you want the chance to represent your gym, compete alongside your teammates, and help bring home the trophy, SIGN UP EARLY!

The Partner Challenge is for athletes of ALL levels. You don’t need to be a CrossFitter or an elite competitor. Find your partner, choose the division that fits you best, and get ready to challenge yourselves together.

FOREVER STRONG Our Active Aging division — because strength has no age limit!
FIT & FIERCE For everyday athletes ready to push themselves, work hard, and have a whole lot of fun.
GRIT ELITE For stronger, more experienced athletes ready to turn it up and see what they can do.
AND YES... THERE’S HARDWARE!
Every registered competitor who signs up by October 3 will receive the coveted Grit Iron Games 2026 shirt.
Then it’s time to compete for the hardware!
We'll award 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place medals to the top pairs in each Partner Challenge division, along with prize packages for our top finishers.
